【摘要】 目的 对比两种教学模式对学生心理素质的影响 ,为有效地开展心理健康教育教学提供科学依据。方法 采用症状自评量表 ( SCL- 90)对应用积极心理健康教育教学模式进行教学的 68名学生、应用传统心理健康教育教学模式进行教学的 65 名学生和未进行课堂教学的 60名学生的心理健康进行测评对比。结果 ①经过积极心理健康教育教学的学生比传统心理健康教育教学的学生心理健康水平显著提高 (U= 342. 2, P < 0. 05) ; 各因子分降低显著 ( U= 312. 5, P < 0. 05, ) ; ②经过心理健康课

堂教学的学生比未上过心理健康课的学生心理健康状况提高显著 (U= 332. 2, P < 0. 05, )。 结论  积极心理健康教育教学模式较传统心理健康教育教学模式成效显著 ; 积极心理健康教育应是学校教育的主导方向。

【 Abstract 】 Objective  T o prov ide a scientific basis  to  effectiv ely carry out mental health  education  through the comparison o f ef-  fec ts  on  students ' psychological quality using tw o kinds of  teaching .
